Genius Girls Empowering Movement (GGEM) is a vibrant, member-based organization founded on August 9, 2020, with a mission to empower young women aged 18–30 in leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

What began as a small WhatsApp group of like-minded women has grown into a bold movement impacting lives across Ghana through grassroots initiatives. GGEM believes in the power of women helping women — we empower our members so they can, in turn, empower young girls in rural communities, especially those in basic schools.

Our journey started with virtual seminars and advocacy sessions and has evolved into nationwide outreach, skills training, school mentorship tours, and social impact campaigns. Through a strong sisterhood, community partnerships, and purpose-driven action, GGEM is building a future where no girl is left behind.
